I selected Aircool Airconditioner Company from the internet and, not knowing this company, was a little worried that they would do a good job. I did not have to worry! Aircool did a very good job in replacing a drip-tray water hose pipe that had come loose. Two technicians called me one hour before their arrival, arrived on time, immediately got on with the job, brought all the required tools and carefully put floor coverings down. They removed my aircon from its housing, replaced the drip tray pipe and replaced the aircon in a quick, efficient manner – clearly these guys were experienced. Before leaving they cleared away all the dust and debris caused by the work done. I was very impressed as to the efficiency, skill, polite approach of these two technicians. I am very happy to recommend Aircool Air Conditioner Company.

Professional and efficient service! Making the appointment through whatsapp was easy and prompt. They called me 10 min before arriving and spend the next 45 min cleaning two of my window units. They worked fast and efficient. (tip keep some old towels handy for dripping etc) The difference after cleaning in cooling capacity and noice generation is remarkable! They spoke sufficient english to explain me everything they were doing, both were friendly guys. All-in-all a service I would recommend. price-wise they were similar to what other companies charge.

super bad servicedid the clean, dont give a shitavoid this "company""This is absolutely impossible to be unrelated. And what's the big deal about a basic cleaning fee of $4,000? It was just routine cleaning, and we didn't do any repairs. This fee is just for the most basic cleaning and doesn't include maintenance."

Absolute joke of a company. Less than 2 months after their "deep cleaning" of my AC's main pipe (which cost an exorbitant HKD 1,700), it started dripping profuse amounts of water again.Tried to get in touch with the company over WhatsApp, and was repeatedly told to "wait a moment" for 3 days with no further information on when the technician would arrive. Messages from me would often go unread for 24 hours as they only seem to respond once per day (if that). After 3 days, I was finally told the technician would come at the end of the week from 2 - 4 PM, with no flexibility to reschedule. Once that day came, the technician supposedly got into a car accident and the company didn't bother to notify me until after 4 PM (and I had been waiting at home). I was then rescheduled to the following Tuesday at 2 - 4 PM. Being understanding of these circumstances, I agreed. Then, on Tuesday, I was told that the technician wanted to reschedule to Friday. By now I had been waiting for a week and a half just to get someone to look at this, and they respond so infrequently it feels like they think they are doing me some kind of favor.Do not use this company unless literally every other option in Hong Kong has gone bankrupt. Your time and money are more valuable than this.

Avoid this company!!Originally WhatsApp them to make an inquiry and asked for the inspection fee which is $600. When I proceeded to ask further about services and fees, Alice (the sales rep) refused to answer. The repairmen were very late when booked and they did not give any prior notice or eta when asked .Were very rude as well. They took less than a minute to look at the AC and said I needed me to pay a extra $600 ‘safety fee’ to look outside the window at the or they will refuse repair on top of still needing to pay the inspection fee. None of the cost was told in prior messages which is why I wanted to inquire more about the service and fee from the sales rep. To repair or to replace the whole unit would be an extra $2000-5000 for ‘scaffolding and safety cost’. The could not tell me the specific issue or what they need to prepare, just the ac unit is very old when it came with the apartmentOver all very unprofessional and rude. Would give 0 stars if I couldNegativeAttitudeDisclosure of service and priceProfessionalism

They originally charged an extra 400hkd "altitude fee” for servicing on a perfectly safe and flat rooftop, which they only explained when they were on site, on top of the 600$ flat consultation fee but thankfully refunded it when I complained. The handyman took pictures of my place not related to the air conditioning. They said the repair fee would be 18k to replace the "motherboard" and that I should just replace the whole unit with them for 24k. I got a second opinion, and the second company (papabo) was able to fix it for 2500 with no add-on "altitude fee". I felt like they were trying to take advantage of me and will not use the services again.

Really disappointed, not only was the technician completely rude, his attitude made me feel like calling him to look at our unit was a big hassle. Charged me 600 to look, which is understandable, I get it. However, without any professional suggestion, immediately suggested we spend 5800 on repairing it.That night, I ended up just cleaning myself, fixed. One of the worst experiences I've had with any repair service in Hong Kong after 20 years. It's a Shame, the employee reflects the image of the company.

Probably the worst AC company in HK. Unreliable and not professional. Got 2 Daikin ACs installed. The workers broke a brand new TV when they came. It took them 6 months to replace it with an old second hand TV. The AC they installed started to leak after 1 month only. It took them 2 months (instead of 2 weeks) to remove the scaffolding , when they did they left plastics everywhere on the neighbor terrace below. Overall very bad experience.

Got it cleaned and it leaks less than a week again. Called the engineer and the services themselves. Showed no urgency in assisting. Don’t think I will use again.Update: less thanks a month of cleaning the aircon leaks again. Not worth the money / trouble.Update:Yes. They came the next day with a lot of back and forth. Now my aircon leaked 2 more time. Just leaked again. Over the whole summer I had to accommodate these engineers for their time slot. Come in, half washed in under half an hour. Left. Within 30 days it leaks again. If you value your time. Use another service.

Aircool is completely dishonest. Looking at their other recent reviews, I am not alone. I am currently in legal action against Aircool. In August 2021, I took time off work to meet their workers. They repeatedly didn't show up. There were no messages or calls to cancel, just full days they didn't show. After this happened over and over, I took them to court and the judge ruled in my favor. In 2022, Aircool said a cheque was mailed to the court. The court had no record of any cheque.Aircool said a cheque was sent to me directly. It never arrived.Aircool said a cheque would be delivered in person the same week. It was not.During one week, Aircool made a plan for Monday 8am. No show, no cancellation. Aircool made a plan for Tuesday 8am. No show, no cancellation. Aircool made a plan for Monday 8am. No show, no cancellation.I'm pursuing additional legal action for the additional lost time and unkept schedules.

Called to make an inquiry, asked for the inspection fee (600 for anyone interested) and proceeded to inquire about further services and fees so I could relay the info to my landlord. The woman straight out refused to answer and suddenly hung up mid sentence. Subsequent attempts to get back in touch were not successful. Not very professional of them and considering the number of other aircon repair services in the city, this will be my last interaction with this particular company.
